What is RideVilla?

RideVilla is a self-drive car rental service that lets you rent a vehicle and take the wheel, offering you complete freedom to manage your trip on your own terms.



What are the benefits of renting a self-drive car?

Renting a self-drive car provides you with privacy, flexibility, and the freedom to plan your own schedule. It's perfect for road trips, family outings, or business travel.



What are the requirements to rent a car with RideVilla?

You need to have a valid car driving licence along with an additional proof of proof of identity such as Aadhaar card.



How do I book a car?

You can easily book a car through our website. Simply enter your rental duration, view the available cars along with the total price for the selected period, and secure your booking by paying Rs 500 in advance. The remaining amount will be due at the time of pickup.



Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking by contacting our customer care team at 72993 88888. Please review our cancellation policy for any applicable fees.



What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via cash, UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile payment wallets.



Where do I pick up and return the car?

Cars can be picked up and returned at our designated RideVilla location, which will be specified in your booking confirmation.



What happens if I'm late returning the car?

Late returns will incur additional charges as follows:

1.If the 24-hour rent is Rs 2900 or less: Rs 200 per hour.

2.If the 24-hour rent is between Rs 3000 to Rs 4500: Rs 300 per hour.

3.If the 24-hour rent is between Rs 4500 to Rs 7500: Rs 500 per hour.

4.If the 24-hour rent is between Rs 7500 to Rs 10000: Rs 700 per hour.

 



What should I do if the car breaks down?

In the rare event of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 on-call support to assist you.

 

 

 

 



Are there any mileage limits?

Yes, depending on the rental plan, there are trip-specific mileage limits. Excess mileage will incur additional charges, which are mentioned in website for specific rental duration period.



Can I take the car out of state?

Cross-state travel is allowed, but you need to inform us in advance to ensure that the necessary permits and documentation are in order.



What is damage policy?

If, during the term of this leasing and until the return of the vehicle, it is damaged, destroyed, stolen, abandoned, third party losses, own damage or taken by any judicial or governmental authority, the Lessee will remain financially responsible. Before taking possession of the rental vehicle, the lessee must thoroughly inspect the vehicle for any existing damage and document it by shooting a comprehensive video. This video must clearly show the vehicle's condition. This video will be used to compare with the initial inspection video to assess any new damages. If the lessee fails to provide the required video documentation of the vehicle's condition, Ridevilla reserves the right to make the final determination regarding any damage claims. The lessee agrees to accept Ridevilla's assessment as final and binding in such cases.The cost for painting any damaged panel is Rs 2500 to Rs 5000 per panel. If a part needs to be replaced, the lessee will be charged the actual cost of the part in addition to any labor costs.



What is fuel policy?

The lessee must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as at the time of pickup. If the fuel level is lower, the lessee will be charged for the actual cost of the fuel required to reach the initial level. (Extra fuel is non refundable).



what is speed limit?

The maximum speed limit allowed is 120 km/h. If this limit is exceeded, you will incur a penalty of ?500 for the first incident. For any subsequent infractions after a warning, the penalty will increase to ?1000 each time. Additionally, you must adhere to any road-specific speed limits. If you breach these limits and receive a challan, you will be responsible for paying the fine.



If I return the vehicle before my scheduled time, do I get a refund for the remaining time?

No, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time.
